Auto Attendant
UMS Auto Attendant is a Voice Response Unit which answers a company’s phone and performs the duties of an operator/receptionist: transferring calls to extensions within the company phone system, screening calls, and offering the caller directory assistance to the proper extension. A typical auto attendant will answer the phone with a prerecorded greeting message like: “Hello, thank you for calling (Your company name). If you know the extension, dial it now. For sales, press 1. For technical support, press 2 … or wait for transfer to an operator”. An intuitive, feature-rich GUI allows users to create their own system in a matter of minutes, without the need for any programming.

Follow Me Services
Your callers can reach you anywhere in the world by dialing a single number. You can set your call forwarding path as you like. i.e if you are not available on your regular number – calls can follow you to alternate numbers with option of similtenous ringing on multiple lines. If still unavailable after few rings calls can be forwarded to your mobile or electronic voice mail box. So you never miss your important calls or messages. |
