Single or multiple passwords (optional)
On request ASIadigicall is able to provide single or multiple passwords to users sharing the same telephone line. Monthly call statements will be separated for each password user.
Each Value account holder will be issued with a special bar-coded plastic card for customer identification and recharging facilities.
Value cards will be issued with $0.00 balance at inactive position. You can activate your account by recharging in person at any Australia Post Office or using B-pay. Generally your account will be updated on the following business day. For instant re-charge you may use Credit Card.

Each time you dial you will be given a voice prompt with your remaining balance.
Personal web account
Every value account holder will have a personal web account to view their call details. Individual passwords will be issued to each customer to access their web value accounts.
Call detail statement
