Account re-charge
Value cards will be issued with $0.00 balance at inactive position. You can activate your account by recharging in person at any Australia Post Office or using B-pay. Generally your account will be updated on the following business day. For instant re-charge you may use Credit Card.

Balance alerting announcement
Each time you dial you will be given a voice prompt with your remaining balance.

Personal web account
Every value account holder will have a personal web account to view their call details. Individual passwords will be issued to each customer to access their web value accounts.

Call detail statement
ASIAdigicall will be providing monthly call details statement to customers, either to their web account, email address or by post mail.

Payments made on Saturday would be updated on Tuesday.
